Steele Village Park has been family owned and operated under our management for 20+ years.  We are an all-aged manufactured housing community and RV park.

We are conveniently located off of Highway 35 in Alvin, situated right outside of town on Steele Road.

We take pride in offering a variety of affordable housing options close to work, school and shopping.  Nature lovers can explore the scenic trails and wildlife at Brazoria National Wildlife Refuge or spend a relaxing day fishing or picnicking at Briscoe Park. History enthusiasts can visit the Alvin Historical Museum to learn about the area's rich heritage, while art lovers can appreciate the vibrant murals adorning downtown buildings.  For family-friendly fun, residents can visit Froberg's Farm for fresh produce and seasonal activities or enjoy a day of thrills at the nearby Kemah Boardwalk.
