Pricing and Information
Our park offers mobile home lots to bring your pre-approved mobile home to place.
-Tenant is responsible for water/sewer, electricity, gas if applicable, and any other outside services they may desire.
-Tenant is responsible for yard care (mowing, weed eating, light landscaping of small bushes/shrubs)
-Yards are not fenced in; tenants can install a fence at their expense that is pre-approved by management.
-12 month lease required
-Prospective tenant must fill out application & be approved for residency
-All homes must be skirted and tied down in accordance with TDHCA standards within 30 days of move in
