Our park offers a variety of two and three bedroom units that range from $895-$1395 per month. All leases are 12 months.
If you are interested in applying to rent a mobile home, please contact us and we would be happy to send you an application to apply. Applying is free and hassle free. We have a simple application that can be done electronically through your phone, tablet or computer.
-Electric: Tenants choose the provider of their choice, set up and pay for the electricity directly.
-Water/Sewer: The water and sewer is provided from the City of Alvin. Each home has a submeter and we read your meter at the end of each month. You would be billed for the gallons of water you personally use and this would be payable to the park with your rent monthly. The minimum charge for water/sewer is $62.20 for up to 2000 gallons of usage.
-Trash: The trash service is provided through Texas Pride Disposal. They have a commercial dumpster enclosure at the front of the park; this dumpster is for tenant use only to dispose of normal household trash. The monthly charge added to your monthly invoice is $17.28 per month and payable to the park with your monthly rent.
-EMS Fee: The City of Alvin imposes a mandatory Emergency Services Fee for each home in Alvin at a rate of $6.00 per month. This charge is assessed monthly and added to your invoice and is payable to the park with your monthly rent.
-Natural Gas Service where applicable: A select number of mobile home units have gas powered appliances. If the unit you are interested in has gas service, this would be left in the park's name and the invoice would be forwarded to you monthly and is payable to the park with your monthly rent.
Mowing: Tenants are responsible for mowing and maintenance of the yard area. This would include keeping up with the mowing and weed eating of the lot, pick up of any loose trash or debris in your lot.
Steele Village Park requires a security deposit equal to one month's rent. We do allow you to split this deposit into two payments. Half would be due upon approval of your application and the second half would be due the following month after move in.
Our park does allow approved pets for our rental units with some rules and stipulations.
The maximum pets per home is limited to up to two.
Pets must be pre-approved at the time of the application.
Our park liability insurance does have some breed restrictions.
Our non-refundable pet deposit is $500.00 + $40.00 per pet, per month in pet rent is assessed and payable to the park with your monthly rent.
